Deployment Manager

Lead the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of bike deployments across all regions. The Deployment Manager will manage a large operational team to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective rollouts while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Develop and oversee deployment schedules for all regions, ensuring demand alignment. • Lead the deployment team in executing rollouts on time and within budget. • Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and regional teams to ensure readiness. • Monitor deployment KPIs, including speed, efficiency, cost, and quality standards. • Implement process improvements to reduce deployment costs and increase productivity. • Resolve operational bottlenecks quickly and effectively. • Maintain accurate deployment records and provide regular reports to leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 7 years in large-scale deployment, logistics, or operations, with at least 3 years managing large teams. Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-location projects on time. Experience in mobility, manufacturing, or FMCG asset deployment is an advantage.
