Warehousing & Inventory Lead - Country Level

We’re looking for a senior country leader to own and scale warehousing & inventory operations across core hubs and satellite sites.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Own end-to-end country warehousing and inventory operations. • Set up and commission warehouses and bonded facilities. • Ensure accurate, compliant and secure inventory management. • Manage inbound, storage and outbound warehouse operations. • Enforce HSE and hazardous goods controls. • Drive WMS visibility, 3PL performance and continuous improvement.

Professional certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Warehousing (e.g., CIPS, CILT, APICS/ASCM or equivalent). Experience managing large-scale or multi-site warehouse operations. Experience in FMCG, automotive, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or distribution environments. Familiarity with Rwanda customs, tax, and regulatory requirements related to logistics and inventory. Valid driving license may be an advantage, depending on the role.
