Job Description
Join K2 HR Services to power data-driven solutions for our Client’s EV battery-swapping network in Rwanda. We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze daily operational tracker data, monitor State of Charge (SoC) losses, and generate intelligence to address data analytics challenges. Requirements
· Bachelor in Data Science or related field. · 1–3 years of experience processing large operational datasets in a fast-paced environment. · Advanced Excel Skills: Master of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and custom charts. · Image Data Processing: Ability to accurately pull and verify structured data from screenshot images. · PowerPoint Mastery: Skilled at turning raw numbers into clean visual slide decks. · Strong analytical mindset with a passion for SOC Lost prevention and operational problem-solving.
Responsibilities
· Extract and aggregate data from operational reports, image screenshots, and tracker logs. · Deliver daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports tracking SoC losses, station performance, and % comparisons (Day-over-Day & Month-over-Month). · Design dynamic Excel dashboards to monitor high-risk swap stations and SOC Lost hotspots. · Uncover SOC Lost trends (e.g., frequent offenders, stations, …) and recommend action plans. · Create executive PowerPoint presentations for management updates.
